Board Position job duties summary

President - Conduct board meetings, provide leadership for the club to keep it growing
Vice-President - Backup for all positions
Treasurer - Keep financial records, submit forms to appropriate agencies
Secretary - Maintain board meeting minutes and copies of financial records
SDSDA Rep - Attend SDSDA semi-monthly meeting (selected Sunday evenings after the 3rd Saturday), keep board up-to-date on all SDSDA activities
